Two tasks left before Osprey Week...

REFLECTION/DP UPDATE:  If you want to get a jump start on your project reflection and DP update, follow these instructions.  We will have time in class Friday to work on it, but feel free to get started early!

Exhibition Prep

• Send me your files TODAY!!!
• Set up the room (Who is my crew?)
• Schedule:  You must be there for your 30 minute block
• Master Schedule for All Juniors
• Can anyone make a poster/sign for exhibition?
• Essay contest!!!  Enter it!
• Rehearsal tomorrow:  Be ready to share!  (Still a moment for a mini-critique, but you should be performing your final version!)

FINAL PUSH! Let's do this!!!

Starter:  On a scratch piece of paper or post-it, write your name and answer the following question:

• Where are you with your project?  What do you need to do today and tomorrow to be ready to rehearse on Wednesday?

1. Optional Critique:  Gallery Walk with paper (T-charts)

At least one like and one suggestion or question 

2. Due tomorrow at the end of class:  Electronic file of your visual OR Link to your film OR what you will display the night of exhibition

3.  Rehearsal (with impromptu critique):  Wednesday and Thursday

4.  If you are done with project, let's set this room up!  The goal is to have it set up by the end of class tomorrow so that we can roll with rehearsal on Wednesday/Thursday.

WRITTEN PIECE CRITIQUE
1. Critique Groups:  Number off
2. Share your draft with your group, either by sharing your Google doc or printing off a draft and having me copy it for you.  If you have a focusing question for your critique, share that with your group at the beginning of critique.
3.  For each of your peers' drafts, complete the critique questions.  You should also comment freely on the draft itself, but be sure to write out substantive feedback on the sheets as well.
4.  Review the rubric as you give feedback.  Add some evaluative comments to the rubric categories on the back of the critique sheet.  You don't have to grade each other per se, but comment on how you see your peers achieving the standards of the rubric.
